• NOTE: You can book up to two rooms at a time online. If you need more than two rooms (up to 9), please make reservations for two rooms at a time.

- Single – $259 per night ($300.31 with 15.95% taxes)
- Double – $284 per night with tax ($329.30 with 15.95% taxes)
- Triple – $309 per night with tax ($358.29 with 15.95% taxes)
- Quad – $334 per night with tax ($387.27 with 15.95% taxes)
- You’ll save over $100 per room per night through the ASGA block of rooms

Hotel Information:
• Normal hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m., but you may be able to check in earlier depending on availability. ASGA can store your bags in our office on the ballroom level if you can’t check in until later.
• ASGA has arranged for free Internet for all hotel guests in the ASGA block (normally $14.95 per day)
• Check-out time on Sunday is 11:00 a.m. Late check may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. ASGA can store your bags at no charge in our office in Bunker Hill if needed.

Hotel Parking Information:
Parking is always in short supply in the Washington, D.C. area. It will cost $46 for overnight parking at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill. There is no self-parking (only valet parking).
Additionally, if you’re driving a large college van or bus, the hotel can’t accommodate over-sized vehicles. However, there is parking within walking distance at Union Station. Please contact the hotel for details.
MONEY-SAVING TIP: You may want to park outside of Washington, then take the Metro or Uber back to the hotel. That could save your money on parking!
