Complete the registration form and confirm with ASGA. Register early to save money. ASGA members save $100 per person.Not sure who’s attending? Enter “TBD” — you can update names later.

3. Reserve Hotel Rooms

Visit the Hotel page to book at the ASGA discounted rate. The Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill is just five minutes from the U.S. Capitol — the closest hotel, with the best ASGA rate. Book early as the block sells out!
4. Plan Air or Train Travel

ASGA recommends flying into Reagan National (DCA) — just 5 miles from the hotel with direct Metro access. Dulles (IAD) and BWI are also options. Amtrak stops at Union Station, 2 blocks from the hotel.
5. Plan Ground Transportation

From Reagan National: take the Yellow line Metro to Gallery Place/Chinatown, transfer to the Red line, exit at Union Station, walk 2 blocks. Under $5. See the full Travel page for all options including Uber/Lyft and parking.

Bring SG business cards, brochures, and swag for the SG Exchange — share your materials with SG leaders from across the country. First-come, first-served table space. Bring your own tablecloth!
9. Check the Local Weather

October evenings in D.C. can be chilly, and meeting rooms are often cool. Check the local forecast and pack a layer.
10. Review the Conference Schedule

Review the conference schedule and plan which workshops to attend. Know when each day starts and ends.
