Complete the registration form and confirm with ASGA. Register early to save money. ASGA members save $100 per person. Not sure who’s attending? Enter “TBD” — you can update names later.

Visit the Hotel page to book at the ASGA discounted rate. The Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill is just five minutes from the U.S. Capitol — the closest hotel, with the best ASGA rate. Book early as the block sells out!

4. Plan Air or Train Travel
ASGA recommends flying into Reagan National (DCA) — just 5 miles from the hotel with direct Metro access. Dulles (IAD) and BWI are also options. Amtrak stops at Union Station, 2 blocks from the hotel.
