The National Student Government Virtual Summit offers several convenient ways to pay for registration.
- You can pay immediately by credit card
- You can ask us to send you an invoice
- You can pay by purchase order
- You can send a check
Special Needs: Registrants shall be responsible for the cost of any auxiliary aids (including engagement of and payment to specialized services providers, such as sign-language interpreters). If you need assistance in arranging these services please contact ASGA at firstname.lastname@example.org at least six weeks before the conference you’re attending.
Cancellation Policy: In the event that ASGA is forced to postpone a conference due to current events beyond our control, you may transfer your registration to another upcoming ASGA conference and/or use it as a credit for consulting or ASGA membership. Beginning July 2020, refund insurance is now included with each paid registration (covers each person registered). Registrants will receive a 100% refund if they’re unable to attend the event for a reason outside of their control that is covered under the policy. Instead of contacting ASGA to request a refund, Click Here to make a claim. Students and/or advisors who register but do not attend the conference are still responsible for the entire registration fee. Name changes to your list of registrants may be made at any time.
Responsibility/liability: The American Student Government Association (ASGA), the conference host, and any other conference partners or suppliers will not have any responsibility or liability for personal injury incurred while traveling to and from ASGA’s National Student Government Summit or at any time on the conference site(s). ASGA and the conference host will not have responsibility or liability for any actions of any companies that are directly or indirectly involved with the conference. Any video, audio, or photographs taken of our students and/or advisors may be used by ASGA for future promotional purposes.
Force Majeure: Failure of ASGA to perform any of the provisions of this Agreement by reason of any of the following shall not constitute an event of default or breach of this Agreement: strikes, picket lines, boycott efforts, fires, floods, accidents, war (whether or not declared), revolution, riots, insurrections, terrorism, acts of God, acts of government (including without limitation any agency or department of the United States of America), acts of the public enemy, scarcity or rationing of gasoline or other fuel or vital products, inability to obtain materials or labor, or other causes which are reasonably beyond the control of the defaulting Party.
If you have any questions, please write email@example.com or call toll-free 877-275-2742 (1-877-ASK ASGA). You’ll speak with a live person!
